The Cave at Oak Mountain Winery
Located in the northeastern Appellation of Temecula Valley Wine Country on the De Portola Wine Trail, Oak Mountain Winery is home to the only mined wine cave in Southern California. We offer a full boutique inside our air conditioned tasting room as well as an outdoor pavilion which is enclosed and climate controlled for private parties anytime of the year.
Sample our handcrafted wines with family and friends inside at the cave tasting room Monday thru Friday (weekends are reserved for club members) or weekends in the main tasting room or pavilion. We always offer wine by the glass or the bottle.
Book a tour through our 10,000 square foot wine cave which is tucked into the steep hillside, 104ft below our vineyards. Imagine dining below the earth amidst the aromas of aging wine and oak barrels . The VIP Reserve Room features the ideal setting for weddings, birthday celebrations, rehearsal dinners and corporate gatherings with modern amenities allowing for slide presentations and live musical performances. Our Cave Restaurant and Tasting Room are open Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 11-6pm and Friday & Saturday 11-9pm for your dining pleasure. We are closed on Tuesdays. The 36522 Distillery is open Friday - Saturday 2-9pm and Sunday 12-6pm. Come visit us for this unique wine and spirits experience.
