SIP Passport FAQs

What is the SIP Passport?

The SIP Passport is a digital pass to access discounts at Temecula Valley wineries. Each passport includes either 3 tastings OR 5 tastings, redeemable at any of the 30+ participating wineries.

How do I use the digital passport?

Sign Up: Access the passport through our website, then enter your name, email, and mobile number.
Receive & Save: The passport is delivered via text or email. You can save it to your home screen (iPhone/Android) for easy access, no app download required.
Explore & Check-In: Use the included map to visit participating locations.
Redeem Your Tasting: Upon arrival at your winery of choice, open the passport and use the check-in feature to redeem your tasting in the tasting room.

Can I give a SIP Passport to someone else?

Yes! SIP passports make great gifts. Once you purchase a SIP Passport, you can send it as a gift to anyone you choose. When you complete your purchase at “checkout”, there is a link to “give as a gift”.  Click on the link, and you will be guided through the process.

Are there any extra perks at certain wineries?

Yes! Several wineries sweeten the deal with day-of discounts on bottle purchases and merchandise when you visit with a SIP Passport. Check the winery icons on the SIP Passport page for current specials, including bottle discounts, buy-3-get-1 free offers, and more.

When can I use my SIP Passport?

Passes are valid Monday through Friday. They are not valid on major holidays, including New Year's Day, MLK Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day (observed), Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Day, or December 26–31.

What are my purchasing options?

You can choose from two packages: a 5-tasting bundle for $79 (save up to $60) or a 3-tasting bundle for $59 (save up to $30).

Do all passes need to be used on the same day?

No, you can spread your passes across multiple visits. Use them whenever your weekday schedule allows, as long as it’s within the 90-day window.

Can I use more than one tasting at the same winery?

Each passport is good for one standard tasting per winery. Using multiple passes at the same location is at the winery's discretion.

How many wineries participate?

More than 30 wineries across Temecula Valley accept SIP Passports. The full list is on the SIP Passport page HERE. Participating wineries and their offerings are subject to change without prior notice.

Is the SIP Passport good for weekend visits?

No, SIP Passports can only be used on weekdays (Monday–Friday), excluding major holidays. If you're planning a weekend trip, keep an eye on our EVENTS CALENDAR for other ways to explore wine country!

Where can I buy a SIP Passport?
Do the passports expire?
