One Unforgettable WeekendExploring Unreleased Wines
Barrel Tasting is a self-guided tasting adventure across Temecula Valley Wine Country. More than 30 wineries open their cellar doors and offer exclusive samples of wines still aging in the barrel, long before they reach tasting rooms or store shelves. Each pour is paired with a small bite and a behind-the-scenes look at the winemaking process.
- Choose your day: Saturday, Sunday, or both.
- Check in between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Each day will have a dedicated check-in location.
- Explore participating wineries at your own pace during tasting hours (11 am–4 pm).
- Taste & learn as each winery offers a barrel sample, pairing bite, and cellar experience.
We ask that you select the wineries you plan to visit so they can prepare for your visit. However, your day is flexible; feel free to change your route as you go.
Most guests comfortably visit 4–6 wineries, depending on how long they stay at each stop.
