Carter Estate Winery and Resort
Our tasting room features a magnificent collection of award-winning estate-grown wines. Carter Estate sparkling wines are the only estate-grown wines that are produced utilizing the Méthode Champenoise process. This is the same style used for making world acclaimed sparkling wines. Still wines are produced in small batches from hand harvested grapes. Take delight in a variety of red & white wines which are fermented and aged in French oak barrels. Our intimate experiences range from wine tastings to seasonal food & wine pairings. Let us guide you through our wine menu and help you select what best fits your palate. Extend your visit and stay with us overnight in a private Bungalow set among our estate vineyards and relax in a poolside cabana while you enjoy delicious food from the Vineyard Grill. All of these great amenities are situated right here in the heart of Temecula’s Wine Country.
