Led by a member of our winemaking team, guests will enjoy a curated lineup of wines that showcase defining moments in our history while gaining insight into the craftsmanship, passion, and dedication behind every bottle.
Throughout the experience, you'll hear stories from the vineyard and cellar, explore the evolution of our winemaking, and discover how Wiens Cellars has grown over the last 25 years. Each featured wine will be thoughtfully paired with an appetizer-sized bite prepared by Chef Lauren, designed to complement and enhance the unique character of every pour.
