STARTER COURSE
Autumn Soup - butternut squash + roasted garlic, toasted hazelnuts, crème fraiche, parsley | GF
Harvest Salad - roasted butternut squash, brussel sprout leaves, Tuscan kale, quinoa, candied walnuts,
pomegranate jewels, orange cinnamon vinaigrette | GF

MAIN COURSE
Filet Mignon - bacon-wrapped 8oz filet mignon, herb-roasted fingerling potatoes, vegetable medley,
port wine demi-glace 
Turkey - roasted rosemary turkey breast, turkey gravy, orange cranberry compote,
cornbread stuffing, sautéed green beans + toasted almond, garlic mashed potatoؒ
Mediterranean Chilean Seabass - pan-seared Chilean seabass, saffron couscous with mirepoix, spinach, cranberries, orange saffron beurre blanc sauce 
Ravioli - ricotta + spinach stuffed pasta, white wine butter cream sauce, spinach, charred corn, poblano peppers, roasted wild mushrooms, fresh chives
