Rene Fernandez began his entertainment career as a young trombone player, performing across the U.S. in events like the Portland Rose Parade. After college, he pursued acting, appearing in television shows such as General Hospital, Santa Barbara, and Vanishing Son, as well as co-starring in Terriers, filmed in San Diego.

Reigniting his passion for music, Rene joined the jazz ensemble Sounds Divine, performing throughout San Diego at venues like Humphrey’s and the Del Mar Fairgrounds. In 2020, he formed his own band, The Beat Allegiance, which performed at Sycuan and Pala Casinos alongside top musicians, including John Paris of Earth, Wind & Fire. Today, Rene performs as a duo, trio, or full band, offering audiences a dynamic mix of Yacht Rock, Jazz, Soul, Motown, R&B, Latin, and romantic favorites.
