Enjoy Spring inspired food pairings with some of your favorite wines! Enjoy newly released, yet to be released and a barrel sample!

Menu :
Sparkling Rose- Spring Salad with edible flowers, citrus segments, red onion, vinaigrette
Vermentino-Grilled salmon with lemon -herbed orzo risotto with a Creamy Lemon Caper sauce
Sangiovese– Rack of Lamb. Lobster potato cake, blackberry red wine reductionStuffed portobello mushroom (VEG Option)
Barrel Sample – Chicken Roulade. Stuffed with asparagus, roasted peppers, mozzarella, spinach and pine nuts with roasted tomato crème sauce. Serve with Garlic mashed potatoes
Beverino/Blanco – Lemon Meyer panna cotta with fresh berries
