Enjoy a four-course culinary experience curated by our Executive Chef Amin Boubaddi paired with wines crafted by Winemaker, Araud Debons in our ambient Barrel Room. We created a fall feast menu paired with our signature wines, including a pre-release sampling of our highly anticipated Meritage! Seating is limited.
RECEPTION on the patio of the Barrel Room – Pre Release 2023 Meritage
Bacon wrapped dates, stuffed with goat cheese and drizzled with honey
Italian Turkey meatballs with Marinara Sauce and shaved parmesan cheese
Savory crostini with fig jam, herbed ricotta and topped with microgreens
Course One – 2023 Chardonnay
Roasted Beet Carpaccio Salad- Goat cheese mousse, fresh mozzarella, candied walnuts, drizzled with olive oil and topped with greens
Course two – 2023 Pinot Gris
Dungeness crab fritters – fresh crab, poblano chilis, charred corn with a light batter and served with a jicama, apple carrot slaw and a chipotle aioli (GF)
Vegetarian Option:
Vegan Fritter – zucchini, potatoes, poblanos and served with a chipotle aioli (GF)
Course three – 2022 Doppietta
Coq au Vin with slow roasted chicken thighs, wild mushrooms and fall veggies with a rich red wine reduction, served over parsnip and potato mash, edible flower garnish

Course Four – Port NV
Fresh Raspberry chocolate cake with a raspberry coulis
