Two classes will be held, December 9th for Chicken Tamales (Green)and December 16th for Pork Tamales (Red). Learn masa, sauce, meat and corn husk preparation. And most of all, where to purchase your ingredients for the tamales. Recipes and instruction information will be handed out at each class based on subject matter.
