July is here and the weather isn’t the only thing beginning to heat up around the Temecula Valley. The summer seminar is all about fermentation and the winemaking process.  The day begins with a guided tour of our production facility followed by a visit to the lab where the winemaker will discuss some of the procedures and chemical analysis that are done and their effects on the final product.  We will offer a flight tasting of roses, so that you will learn how they are made, how they get their color and what styles and grape varieties can be used.  A casual boxed lunch and a glass of your favorite rose will finish off this seminar.
