Located among the rolling hills and plateaus of the Temecula Valley , Wiens Family Cellars is a short drive from Los Angeles and San Diego and is a great place for you to get away from it all and enjoy wine country. Wiens Family Cellars produces a broad range of California , gold-medal winning, estate-farmed varietal wines for the enjoyment of people who appreciate a down-to-earth family lifestyle. Wiens Family Cellars is owned by four Wiens brothers and supported by 46 members of the extended family. What began as a family hobby in the early days has turned into a successful family business and the new tasting room opened in October of 2006. The family looks forward to hosting weddings, winemaker dinners, and other special events in their barrel room and event pavilion of the new facility.

"Making wine is a family thing," says Doug Wiens, winemaker and viticulturist for Wiens Family Cellars. "We love spending time together and we have amazing cooperation regardless of whether the gathering is for work or play."
