Trade Tastings/Tours
We are  delighted to arrange private trade tastings and tours of our wine region for media or large retailers/wholesalers.  To arrange a private trade tasting, please contact executive director, Tomi Arbogast.

Sales Calls Policy
Due to the heavy volume of calls we receive and the busy nature of our association's day to day operations, sales calls are not accepted by phone or in person. All sales people are asked to email their requests to the executive director at or mail their materials to TVWA, PO Box 1601, Temecula, CA 92593.  The executive director checks her email daily and will be in touch with you if your opportunities fit into the association's mission statement and budget.  

Donation Requests
All requests for donations, gifts or wine tasting participation  must be put in writing to the attention of the executive director and faxed to 951-699-2353 or emailed ( )at least sixty days prior to the event.  The Winegrowers Association is a nonprofit organization itself so it does not normally consider sponsorship requests. In most cases donation requests for wine and gifts (including event tickets) are not accepted.  Charities should contact individual wineries to request wine and other gifts.  If your charity is chosen to receive a  donation from this association, we will be in contact with you. Please, due to the volume of requests, no phone calls.

Winery Contact
Wineries are open year round. Most wineries are open seven days a week, between 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and are closed for Christmas, Easter and New Year's Day. Be sure to check out the "wineries" section of this Web site for the exact times and days of operation for individual wineries, as well as their address and telephone numbers.

Web and Brochure Ads
We accept advertisers on our Web site and brochure on a very limited basis. All advertisements on this Web site are located in the "Visitor Info" section. We are looking for partners who will enhance the quality of the "wine country" experience. The cost starts at  $600.00 per year for web ads; the cost for brochure ads is set each year in December.
